3D ADVANCED MAP RENDERING

We implemented a proof of concept for a dynamic, customizable and scalable 3D map rendering system for embedded devices.

  • Improved glTF Draco Bitstream Specification
  • glTF Draco importer and exporter in Blender

We developed the official glTF2.0 Importer and Exporter for Blender, which was also used to export Mars Perseverance Rover 3D Model on NASA.gov

We developed a glTF IBL Sampler to pre-filter an environment High Dynamic Range (HDR) panorama image and store diffuse and specular parts in cube maps respectively.
